Charge 5 won't sync and battery level is stuck on 59%

States 59% charged.  Can’t get phone to work, does not sync to phone

Hi there, @Sheshe295. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Charge 5. 

If you haven't done so yet, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Regarding the battery level on the Fitbit app, note that it updates every time you sync. That means that if your watch hasn't synced yet, your app will still show the battery percentage of the last sync. 

Once you charge your watch make sure to sync and you'll see that the percentage on your Charge 5 will match with the one on your Fitbit app.
