My charge 5 will track my calories burned but once I sync the app on my phone it will change the amount burned to reflect the app and not the correct amount tracked on my charge 5. How do I correct this issue?
for example: charge 5 will have 2,059 burned and phone will have 1,433. Once I sync it, the charge5 will update to show 1,433 which is incorrect.
