Charge 5 app won’t sync , calories only , missing steps etc , same as yesterday

Thanks for sharing this information about the issue to sync your Charge 5. 

 

Please let me know if you continue to experience the same problem to sync your data. There was an outage a few days ago affecting some Fitbit services (specifically the days you mentioned), but this should be resolved and you should now be able to sync properly.
