Charge 5 won't sync, even after following steps multiple times

Overnight my Charge 5 somehow disconnected itself, and my alarm did not wake me up this morning. When I opened up the app on my iPhone, it wouldn't sync. This has happened before, and usually it's a simple fix of forgetting the device on Bluetooth and re-pairing it and/or restarting the device. I have tried both methods several times and have also removed the device from the app and added it again. None of these previously successful methods has worked. Any ideas? I'm using an iPhone 11, iOS 16.6.1.

I have no idea what I did, but it seems to have fixed itself. Still, as this is an issue that seems to recur, perhaps it should be addressed.

I am having exact issue and have done all the things. May mine will snap out of it as well! I hope it does

I’m having similar problem. I removed the watch from my Bluetooth & still not repairing. Hopefully it will fix itself

This has been 24 hours now that I can’t sync my charge 5. I have disconnected Bluetooth, powered off , unpaired and still nothing!! What the heck?? Does anyone that has answers ever respond to this forum? Or are we just talking to the wind?

Last evening everything finally synced up again. Not sure what part of what I did finally worked.  But another thing that happened was my charge 5 drained from 100% at start of day to 14% at 3:30pm. Just so strange!

Glad to see that your Charge 5 finally synced. The rapid loss of battery is concerning, though.

When my Charge 5 had rapid loss of battery, I restarted and recharged it multiple times over several days. This finally got my device "unstuck" and the battery went back to lasting 6-7 days. Although there's no guarantee that you will have similar success, you might want to give this a try.

Hello @Rubyblake13 

Some users had to turn WiFi off then on again, in addition to the other steps, to get their device to sync. If you haven't tried that, you might want to see if that works for you.

Hoping to see that your Charge 5 finally is back to syncing with the app.
