Has anyone any suggestions as to why a Charge 5 won’t sync active minutes to Stridekick. Looking at my stats and a friends stats they should be showing active minutes, but her charge 5 just will not sync minutes to Stridekick. Thank you..

Let me know if all of your other information is syncing properly between both apps. Make sure to follow all the steps listed here to connect these apps. If your information is still not syncing, please try revoking access between both apps and then connect them again. You can find other recommendations in this article if your data is not syncing.
