Charge 5 won't sync or charge

My charge 5 will not sync or charge.

It hasn’t synced since friday and I tried syncing again this morning with no success. I noticed battery was on 30% so put it on charge. Came back to it on 15% and still not syncing. I’ve tried two different genuine Fitbit chargers and neither are working, however both are working for my partners device so it is definitely not the chargers. I have cleaned the device pins and nothing. It does not vibrate or show the battery screen when I plug it in but the battery on the menu changes from orange to green with a lightning bolt but it is not charging it is losing battery. I have tried resetting via the menu twice which has done nothing. It is non responsive when I try pressing the charger button 3 times. It will not sync at all it just gives up and the menu just shows as ‘looking’ for the device. Have tried closing app, Bluetooth off and on. Nothing is working. I’m concerned it’s going to die because it won’t charge and I won’t be able to get it to turn back on again. Please can someone advise?
