Hello. Yesterday, my Charge 5 stopped syncing with my iPhone, and it hasn't reset the counts overnight. I have only been using the device for a few months. I have tried restarting my phone, turning Bluetooth off and back on, restarting the Fitbit, removing the Fitbit from my Bluetooth list (it won't come back), and removing it as a device within the Fitbit app. Now, it won't show up in the Fitbit app when I try to set it up as a new device. My phone is up to date with updates. Please let me know if there are any other steps I can take before buying a tracker from a different company.

With the above being said, please sync your Charge 5 and then, proceed with the steps below in the order listed:

I have the same issues. Fitbit has been unable to hold a charge for several weeks, and keeps thinking its July 26.
