My charge 5 will stop receiving notifications from my phone and won't sync after about an hour. To fix I need to restart my phone, but after an hour or so the same thing happens. Any ideas how to fix please?

I have the same thing happening. I’ve contacted support and supposedly have a ‘case’ now with them. They are supposed to email me but so far nothing. Mine receives notifications randomly. Had to keep restarting the charge 5 and unpairing it then pair again. Did this for the last 2 days over and over. The update messed up the device. Contact support (I did via Twitter but you can through the app).

I've been trying for 2 weeks to no avail. I'm so aggravated.

I just got off of chat support. Had me reboot to factory settings and then set up. So far the notifications are working but we will see for how long. Just make sure to sync the device to the app beforehand so as not to loose any data.
