Charge 5 won’t sync or restart!

Charge 5 stopped syncing 2 days ago and won’t respond to restart either on the device or the charger!! Help!!

Regarding what you mentioned about the device not responding to restart, let me know if you mean the display is also not turning on. If the device is still not syncing after setting it up as a new device, please try the following steps that have been useful for other users: 

  • Force quit the Fitbit app. 
  • Turn Bluetooth off and on. 
  • Open the Fitbit app and sync again

In additionlet me know if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems.
