Charge 5 won't sync properly every now and then

I’ve had this charge 5 for 3 months. In the last month I have had to do a factory reset twice but it continues to stop syncing. This is unbelievably annoying.

Same here. I replied on thread titled Charge 5, you may want to subscribe to see if there is a fix
