My charge 5 won't sync to my weight watchers app. Any ideas?

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding your Charge 5. 

Please, try to follow these steps:

  • In the WeightWatchers app, tap the profile icon in the top right:  tap the gear icon.
  • Tap Activity SettingsDevice. Note that WeightWatchers only allows you to connect one device to your account. If you already have a device connected to your WeightWatchers account, tap Disconnect.
  • Tap No devices connectedFitbit.
  • Tap Continue to connect your Fitbit account.

To connect Fitbit from the WeightWatchers website on your computer:

  • Log in to your WeightWatchers account and click the profile icon in the top right Settings.
  • Scroll down to Activity and click Device. Note that WeightWatchers only allows you to connect one device to your account. If you already have a device connected to your WeightWatchers account, click Disconnect.
  • Click Fitbit to connect your accounts.
