My charge 5 will not sync. After investing the settings it will not recognize my iPhone 14 model phone. I deleted the device and re added it but the same problem exists.

Hello, I am having the same issue. I just recently received my brand new IPhone 14 and every time I try to connect my Fitbit it just doesn’t work.. I’ve tried your steps and yet nothing… as soon as I enter the code written on my watch it goes to pairing and then more or less 5 minutes later it says something went wrong. Meanwhile when I try to connect it to my iPhone 12, it works like a charm. Please help, my charge 5 is new as of this year and up until now I’ve never had an issue.

Yes, well the phone is brand new so there were no other connections. Luckily I just kept trying and it has officially connected to my phone. The only thing that I did different after what felt like a million tries was that I disconnected the phone from the wifi connection and voila it connected right away. 🤷
