The HRV has yet to work on my Charge 5. What do I need to do other than wear my device 24/7 to get HRV to work??

Hi, @CilP , HRV is only detected over night. The Fitbit needs to be able to get consistent heart rate readings during sleep for at least several days in order to establish a baseline for you. When you wear your Fitbit to bed make sure your Fitbit is on snuggly (so it doesn’t roll around on your wrist) but not so that it feels tight.
Are you getting “sleep stages” on your Fitbit? If so that indicates that the heart rate reading is consistent, and in that case you should soon be able to see the HRV stat, once it has collected enough data.
I hope this helps. Welcome to the forums!
