Charge 5 won't track my breathing rate data

My breathing rate has only been recorded 5 times in the last month. I have restarted and cleared the cache. Everything else works perfectly including sleep periods. My wife has the same device and it works.

Hi there, @Jonmal. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Communtiy Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Charge 5 before reaching out.

Please bear in mind that several factors can affect your breathing rate, including age, sex, weight, lung and heart conditions, anxiety, and fever.

Nevertheless, please make sure your Fitbit device has logged a sleep session for at least three hours long on consecutive nights. Only sleep periods greater than 3 hours are considered. Bear in mind that you need to wear your Fitbit device for at least a full day, including to sleep at night.

Thanks but that isn't a solution for me.
It's not the rate that is the problem, it's the lack of any reading.
Example, last night 8h sleep, all other stats normal, no breathing data. It
recorded about 5 times in the last month. My wife assures me I was
breathing!

John
