Charge 5 won't track my distance accurately

I bought charge 5 on may 8, 2023. The distance tracking is always not accurate whatever i have a run or ride a bike. I saw some complaining in here but it seems not any solutions be provided from fitbit. I dont know whether i should trust fitbit’s products from now on? It’s a very upset things.

There seems to be a common misconception on how Fitbit calculates distance.  It calculates it based on your stride length, as mentioned in this article .
