Charge 5 won't track my exercise minutes accurately

When walking my minutes of exercise are not fully accounted for, when I walk for 50 minutes it records 27 to 34 minutes. How do I get it corrected?

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @Kiwee!

Please make sure you've set your Charge 5 to the wrist you're wearing it. To do so, first tap on the profile pictures of your Fitbit app's Today page. Next tap the Charge 5 tile to get to your device's settings. Then tap Wrist and select either Dominant or Non-Dominant. Finally sync your device with the Fitbit app to transfer the new setting.
