I have countless problems with these crappy devices, but the most important is that this thing can't tell my real heart rate!
I put on a timer and feel my pulse. I've been sitting for 40 minutes. I turn on the timer. I count my heartbeats. I multiply by two. 65. My fitbit says that my heart rate is 106. Those are two very different numbers. I clean the back of my terrible excuse for a tracker every day. And, yes, I have restarted my Charge 5 more times than I can count. I can't see any reason why it can't tell my heart rate.
Ever wonder why there are so many topics on these forums? It's because you make terrible devices!

My heart rate notified me once but no other times as my resting pulse kept going up. Is there a way to fix this?
