Please help, my Charge 5 is since 2 weeks showing double my heart rate.
I tried restarting the device with cable as well as manual.
I switched the heart rate sensor off and on
I switched the heart rate sensor off, restarted the device (both versions) and switched the heart rate sensor on
... nothing works

please help to overcome this
