Charge 5 heart rating stop working. No green light. Tried multiple time on reset with “clear user data”, turn on and off “heart rate” setting, restart device, installed latest firmware, clean the device sensor, wear more tight but still no heart rate reading. Another weird think is the step count increase very fast as I sit for 15 minutes and the step count already 3500++

New problem, battery go flat very fast which due to step counter keep counting with around 13 step count per 10 second… which I left it at table and the step counter keep increasing and now step count is 7680 step count and 5.69km… which measure during my charge 5 left it at table and I’m not wearing it. GPS set to “build in”, phone, dynamic also same… step counter keep counting without movement.
