I have had charge 2,3,and 4 since 2015 and never ever had trouble with them . Now I have charge 5 and for 3 months I am every other day having to reset and or switch heart rate off and on and keep moving it slightly on my wrist just to get it to work . Sleep tracking doesn’t work sometimes because I might not have my arm in the right position . I keep getting told to check all these things . WHY. ? doesn’t it work as it should . Fitbit help keep telling me to do all these things and why would I pay all that money and have to do that to get it to work
