Since the last update (29th of november 2023) I have the following problems:
The Charge 5 is not registrating my sleep anymore
On the watch the screen lights up if I double tap it, but it is impossible to swipe the screen
I hate the new lay-out, like a lot of you

Yep, same here, no sleep scores anymore. Perhaps the update needs an update?

Same and also lost ALL phone app notifications. Fitbit is garbage

This what I found here in the Netherlands about the answer from Fitbit to all the problems:
As a solution for affected consumers, Fitbit customer service is reportedly offering a 35% discount code towards the purchase of a new Fitbit device, provided your Charge 5 is still under warranty. If not, there is no solution. Unfortunately, there also doesn't seem to be a way to prevent the Charge 5 from updating automatically. We don't know if the update has been discontinued as reports of issues are still coming in.

I only get simplified sleep report. I cleaned contacts & that didn’t help. Very disappointing
