Hi All,
My fitbit charge screen suddenly went back I thought it was out of power so plugged it in but after hours the screen still won't light up. It also keeps vibrating while plugged in.
I have tried restarting it by holding down the button the times with 1 second pauses.
I have also been able to sync the device to the app, not sure what else I can do.
The support live chat hasn't been loading for me either so really desperate for help.

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @Charge5Breaks!
Sad to hear that your Charge 5 isn't working as expected. You've mentioned that you've already tried restarting your device. Sometimes this takes more than one attempt to work. So please try that again closely following these instructions as timing is crucial for this procedure:
1.) Connect your Charge 5 to the charging cable which has to be connected to a reliable power source.
2.) Press the button located on the flat end of the charging cable 3 times within 8 seconds(!), holding each press for about 1 second(!).
3.) Wait around 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on your device's display.
You might also want to see if changing the clock face on your device will fix your issue:
How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
I'll keep my fingers crossed.

I've tried doing the restart multiple times by clicking the button with 1 second breaks 3 times. It's not doing anything now, it's stopped vibrating and trying to connect to change the clock face doesn't work. No matter what I do it seems inactive do you now if there is a support email

Mine did the vibrating, but then quit vibrating and has become totally dead and unresponsive to any of the suggested fixes.

Thanks for your feedback, @Charge5Breaks.
From what you've mentioned, I'd assume that the battery of your Charge 5 is completely drained now. So please make sufre your device is able to get fully charged. All in all I believe that there has been an issue with either the charging adapters pins or the power source you've used to restart your device. Please have a look here to make sure everything is in working order to get your Charge 5 properly charged:
Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
If all that won't work for you, here's how to contact Fitbit support:

I have two chargers so have tried with the other from multiple USB power sources and it will not charge.
