Charge 5 won't turn on even though it's charged

Mine won't turn on...it is charged...anyone else experiencing this?

Mine too!!! It just died! I changed it last night and now it won't turn on or charge.

Mine as well just died. Even after a reboot (press button on charger 3 times slowly). Worked for my wife’s but mine is completely dead and is less than a year old.

I am having the same issue. I realised that on charging it starts up but the issue is that it is draining power almost instantly. After removing it from charging to 100%, it came to 50% within 5 minutes and in a few more minutes shut down again.

I’m having the same issue as everyone else. It’s been charging all day and I put it on to take a walk. It showed 58% but once I started to walk it wouldn’t come back on. When I got home, I put it on the charger and it came on, showed 58% and then dropped to 18%.

Mine died this morning. I had a battery drain issue with the first one after using about an year. Google generously(?) swapped it with the second one. 10 months later, the second one died. I visited Fitbit website this morning. I see that they launched Charge 6, and removed Charge 5 from the product list. Wow, surprising!

Same issue, I reached out to the customer support but they were of no help. They asked me to restart it but it won't start
