Help! My Luxe stopped working. It will not turn on at all. After charging all night, I tried the restart option with the button on the cord, but it didn’t do anything. Any suggestions?

Please make sure you've restarted your Charge 5 as described here.
If the restart doesn't work and your Charge 5 doesn't vibrate during the restart process, please follow the steps below:

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
Also, I'd like to confirm if you own a Luxe or Charge 5?

The troubleshooting steps are repeatedly recommended but are rarely effective. This device either has a manufacturing defect or is designed to function for only a year or so. This is the reality of the Charge 5. It is a disposable product that cannot be repaired.
