Hi anyone experience the issue with Fitbit charge 5 is frozen and unable to turn on for multiple days since last week?

Hi there, @Tang92. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 5 is not turning on since last week. I will do my best to help you with this.
If you haven't done so yet, please try the steps below:
If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device once again as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I tried it . Force stop , clear cache, restart 3 steps. 1 sec each. Nothing bring it back. As yesterday it suddenly working back I thought it was good but it turn off again at midnight.

Mine has been doing the same since Thursday. It's my second Charge 5. I have given up on it because this is the typical Fitbit user experience. There's always some unexplained update or sync issue that turns the Charge 5 into a paperweight. You can get a replacement under warranty f it is less than a year old. However, they typically fail at the 14 month mark based on my experience. Customer service may off you a coupon off a new one if you are out of warranty, but I'm not sure why anyone would keep buying a device that won't last much more than a year.

Thanks for the advise. I think usually people bought it because of they bought pixel phone when Google offer the coupon discount. What I really wanted is hope that Google and Fitbit can fix their sync info and data issue. I am a Google user and feel quite frustrated when this happened. You're right . I am using the Fitbit charge 5 less than 15 months.
However, I uninstall the Fitbit apps , reinstall it and seems the Fitbit charge 5 is working now. I hope it won't turn frozen again.

Yep. Two days ago mine was around 78% charged when I got out of the shower. Within minutes it was black screened. None of the online help was of any value. So I just left it on the charger. Yesterday still nothing. This afternoon I picked it up & it was fully charged. Wore exact 2 hours & 15 minutes and dead again charged again. It said 100% charged at around 4:30. Last I looked at the app to check the percentage it was 43%. I expect by the time I finish this comment it will be around 30. It’s 6:30 now.
I ordered a Garmin yesterday because Fitbit has gone to crap. Google doesn’t care. So it’s time to move on.

I went with the Venu sq because it was on sale and has all the features I wanted (tons of features compared to Fitbit) and a bigger face. Their vivofit line is similar in size & features to the Fitbit.
