Charge 5 won't turn on when turning my wrist

Hi!  All of the sudden my watch face will not turn on when I turn my wrist.  Any tips on how to get that back?

Did you update the tracker recently?  I found some of my settings had turned off. 

It might be worth checking on your Charge 5.  Scroll down from the clock face screen until you get to Screen Wake, check if it's set to Auto or Manual.  If it's on Manual, touch to change to Auto. 

You can also do it from the Settings a bit further up.  Tap on that, Choose Display Settings, then scroll down to Screen Wake and make sure it's set to Auto.

I have a just out of the box new Charge 5.  I’ve followed all the directions, trying to turn from manual both ways you describe.  It’s not working. What do you suggest?  Thank you so much!

Disable sleep mode, 

Disable DND

Enable quick view. 

This can be done through. Settings, or the Quick Settings screen.
