Charge 5 won't turn on

I have a Charge 5. It's not old. I charged it earlier this week. Got up to about 93% and I had to leave. Less than 24 hours later, I got an alert the battery was low. Soon after, it turned off and I've tried everything to get it back on - cleaned connections and connected to charger, pushed cord button 3 times repeatedly, rebooted my new Samsung. Nothing. I'm regretting my decision to be a repeat customer to Fitbit!!!
