I can't get my Fitbit to come up with the pink "update available" that people are talking about. It's fully charged, there's not update on the play store. I have connected my Fitbit to Google so I can't do "help > check for updates". Even factory reset the Fitbit. Any tips or advise?
Tried updating on Pixel 7 pro and Pixel 8 pro.

Hello @Bradus00
As far as I know, there isn't a way to force or trigger the firmware update. When it's available for your Charge 5, you'll see the prompt in the Fitbit app.
FWIW, my 3 year old Charge 5 is on the same firmware as yours.
