Just purchased Charge 5 on Feb 2023.

Watch show charging but battery percentage still remain the same

Hi there, @FrankieChen. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post.

While reading your post I was wondering if you're referring to the battery level on the Fitbit app? If so, have you made sure you synced recently? When was the last time you synced? Please note the battery level in the Fitbit app updates every time you sync. That means that if your watch hasn't synced yet, your app will still show the battery percentage of the last sync. 

Once you charge your Charge 5 make sure to sync and you'll see that the percentage on your Charge 5 will match with the one on your Fitbit app.
