Charge 5 won't vibrate with sny notifications

I've tried a reset on the Charge 5 itself...tried the button reset on the charger cord...uninstalled the app multiple times...checked all the sleep and dnd settings...nothing seems to work.

I appreciate all the information you've provided about the inconvenience you've been having with your Charge 5 and for confirming that you already tried a few troubleshooting steps.  

I've been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this and it seems they've provided you with some instructions. In this case, they will let you know how to proceed.
