My charge 5 has stopped working.
when charging it vibrates every few seconds snd the logo is on but nothing rlse

I have the same problem and it keeps on rebooting without possibility to use it.

By any chance, did you stop using your Charge 5? Sometimes a Fitbit doesn’t seem to be charging when actually the issue is that it has become unresponsive (this can happen if the battery has been allowed to discharge completely). I'd recommend putting it on to charge on a charging wire and outlet known to be working. Leave it on the charger for a good two hours, even if it doesn’t seem to be charging.

I first tried to restart the Charge 5 multiple times, and then even tried to erase data from the device, but the problem appears again and again. Unresponsive, draining dattery, etc. Any solution you may suggest? Thanks
