Charge 5 wont accept Charge 4 wristbands

I bought extra bands for my Charge 4 and now they are useless as they are not compatible with Charge 5. Nothing on the website told me my Charge 4 bands wouldn’t work. This is ridiculous. I talked to customer service and their supervisor and received nothing helpful. They don’t have the authority to rend me a replacement band. The new bands are very plastic/rubber and don’t breathe. I feel taken advantage of.

Hi @Eberlin  when you look at the Fitbit.com store (click to see) when bands fit more than one style, it says so in the description. Charge 5 and Charge 4 can't be interchanged. Charge 3 and Charge 4 can be.
