I bought a Charge 5 Nov. 27th 2022. I had it for about a month and couldn't get it to let me read my text messages. I called Fitbit support and they worked with me for a couple of days. They asked for pictures of all my settings. They contacted me back and said they would send me a new Fitbit. Well I finally got it and guess what? This one is doing the same thing. The last tech I talked to told me that it was the app not the Fitbit. Fitbit is the maker of the app. I asked about a refund since it wouldn't do everything it is supposed to do. I was told that since it was more than 45 days old then I was out of luck. What a peice of crapp of a Fitbit. Does anyone have any idea of how to fix this or am I just out of luck?

Hi @mjmeadors , are you using iOS or Android. What steps have you taken to get notifications working? Have they ever worked? Does your Fitbit seem to be working otherwise? I think it would be best to start from the beginning and try to work out what the issue is.

Just got the charge 5 and it's all synced. Everywhere says I can get calls and texts to my charge but I've followed the online help and I don't see any notification settings for calls or texts... Anyone else experience difficulties getting them sent to their fitbit?
