Charge 5 - worst product EVER

I bought it in May 2021. The 1st time it broke was 3 days later. It would not charge. Yes I said the 1st time. They shipped me a new one right away. Today my 4th yes 4th one broke. I have had it replaced 3 times. I work in an office so it is nothing I am doing. This morning it would not get passed the Fitbit logo. I called customer service and was advised that they can not replace it again. I purchased it 10 months ago. Except for the 1st time it would take 3 weeks to get my replacement. I am beyond mad that as a customer of over 10 years with numerous devices they will not replace. Do not buy the Charge 5. It is the worst product they have ever made.
