Charge 5 would not hold a charge at all

I started a support ticket because my battery would not hold a charge at all. After following they’re instructions the problem was escalated and I was supposed to hear back from someone by email but it has now been 4 days. Today, my Charge 5 will not hold a charge at all, won’t turn on, and won’t reset at all.

Thank you for sharing all these details about the inconvenience you've been having with your Charge 5 and for confirming that you already tried a few troubleshooting steps and have contacted the Customer Support team. 

It seems that you've received a new response from the Support team and they've provided you with some instructions. In this case, I recommend that you continue the communication with them so they can let you know how to proceed.

Yes support has resolved the issue with the watch and is sending me a replacement.
