Charge 5 wouldn't track anything, then on restart, battery died

I put my Charge 5 on the charger last night, and forgot to take it off to wear this morning. I put it on when I got home and it seemed fine. I used it on my spin bike, and I noticed it didn't track anything. I wore it the rest of the night and went to sync at bedtime and it wouldn't. It did not display any steps or Information. It had displayed 100% charge (as expected). Upon restart, it showed low battery, 6%. I restarted again and the same thing. I have since put it back on charge. Incredibly frustrating, this is only about 2 months old.

I'm sorry to see that you've been experiencing this inconvenience with your Charge 5. 

If you haven't done so already, please make sure that you've tried the restart using the three pulse method with the charging cable. If you continue to have the same problem with the battery draining too fast, you can also follow the recommendations listed in this article. Let me know about the outcome.
