My wrist band keeps falling off and I can’t fix it. Do you know how

Hello @BBopboom 

If your wristband doesn't stay attached, it sounds like you have a defective latching mechanism on your Charge 5. Please contact Fitbit support (<-- click link) to get help you with your defective device. 

You probably shouldn't wear your Charge 5 until you get a replacement. I've seen a few posts where the user didn't contact Support and lost their Fitbit due to the faulty wristband latch.
