Hello, my charge 5 wrist band isnt connecting, and then when i tried the safety clip it broke off... omg... is crazy glue safe to use on this device, how can it be fixed and i am not in the USA??

Hello @FatbellyPearl 

Sorry to see you're having a problem with the wrist strap connection on your Charge 5. It looks like you have had your Fitbit for less than a year. I suggest you contact Fitbit support and let them know that the wrist band clip broke. From what I've read, they should send you an offer to replace the tracker/pebble after they confirm that your Fitbit is still under warranty.

If you have the silicone band with the plastic stud it's just a bad design, last month on mine the stud fell out because there really isnt anything to hold it in, the good news is the replacement they sent me is silicone also, but it has a buckle. File a claim under band warranty,take a picture of the broken band, send the pic in and then wait.
