I'm having an issue where my Charge 5 device is logging my exercise and my zone minutes (I can see all of the tracked data on my device as confirmation), yet when I log in on the Fitbit app or the desktop site, it shows no activity for my exercise or my zone minutes. On the app and the desktop site, it looks like I didn't try to track any exercise. My step count and calories burned do show up on the app and the desktop site. The zone minutes and the exercise activity are the only things that don't show up, even though my device shows that info. I've done all the things: restart, update, turn Bluetooth/phone on and off, Google and YouTube all over the place, and still no help.
Someone from the Fitbit community/staff, please respond with a clear solution.

I've been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this and it seems they've provided you with some instructions. In this case, they will let you know how to proceed.
