Charge 5 zone minutes vs heart rate graph

Hey everyone,

I’ll try my best to explain what’s going on. I’m wondering if anyone else has noticed this or can explain it.

My zone minutes this whole week have been registering 1-2 min in the day burn zone. I’m not currently exercising so this is just at one point in the day. When I click on the zone minutes circle it shows a HR spike at a specific time. But when I look at my heart rate graph under just the HR tracker section there’s no spike into the fat burn zone at that same time. The two graphs don’t match. I’m a bit confused and wondering which graph is the correct one or just what’s going on.

I tried customer support but they didn’t seem to understand my issue.

Anyone else have this happening to them?

Just a possibility: The all-day heart rate graph in the heart rate section does not show full detail.  You say it's just 1-2 minutes a day - these could just be times that don't show.

But the zone minutes sections, rather than showing all day, zero in on the times when you had raised heart rate so they can show full detail to include the minute or 2 when heart rate was high, or at least was read is being high.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thank you for your reply! This does sound like a possibility.
