Charge 5 zones don't match with those in app

Cardio zones on devices does not match zones showing on my phone app.,

From the minimal information you provided, it sounds like this might be a sync issue. If so, this page has troubleshooting steps to try: Why won't my Fitbit sync? 

BTW, I believe I've seen where a user logged out of the Fitbit app & logged back in and this was enough for their device & app to sync again. 

Hopefully, trying these troubleshooting steps will be successful. If not, please provide additional details about the issue you're experiencing. We'll do our best to help.

Thanks for sharing the inquiry regarding the zones.

If the issue is related to the app, I'd suggest you besides to the tips provided kindly by @RiekoC, the following:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the cardio zones are available now.
