Charge 5showing red Cross on display and watch is not working at all

My Charge5 device is showing a red cross on the display and no activity can be done during that red cross. I have deleted the app removed the device but no luck.

Many other functions are not working like screen wake (Auto); the battery is draining too fast. I have to charge the watch twice a day

 

Please advice

Have you tried restarting it from the charging cable?

 

Connect it to the charger then press the button at the USB end 3 times until the logo appears.

 

If you’ve already tried that with no change, it’s probably a good idea to contact Support.  The quickest way might be through Chat.

 

Tap Help at the bottom of the page here. Tap Get Support and then Live Chat.

I am from India and as per them there is no support available 

they said "Attention: Email support not available"

 

Such a shame that Fitbit doesn't have a direct reach to the customer.
