Charge Five Stopped displaying anything but 4 gray square in a row with 1 green square n the middle.

Purchased a new charge 5 within the last six months. Just started utilizing in the last two weeks. Yesterday, I was hand washing dishes with rubber gloves on and when I took off the gloves, the Charge 5 would only display a series of squares along the top of the screen in the pattern,  from left to right, of solid, open, solid green, solid, solid. That is all. There's also, a little on the back of the watch that flashes red and green, simultaneously.

What is wrong and can I do anything about it?

Hi @Flip64  the green light is for the heart rate and the red is for the oxygen saturation rate. As for those squares, you might want to get with customer support. https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US
