Charge HR 5 not staying attached to charging cord

The charging cord is not staying attached to the watch so I can not charge it. Anyone else having these problems? I have only had it for a couple of months.

@karentrey Are the electrical contacts on the bottom of your Charge 5 clearly visible? If not, please gently wipe them with a damp cloth and see if everything is working as expected afterwards.
