Charge5 Heart rate, sleep o2 not working Plus much more :(.

I dont know where to start really.

I posted yesterday (with still no reply) but things have now got even worst.

My heart rate monitor worked for two minutes in three days, because of this no sleep log, no active minutes nor zone minutes. (Yes done all that the checks that I should have done, ie proper place of wrist etc)..Its strange because I seem to get the calories count.

Now on I have notice when I get home from ANY sort of exercise be it running walking etc, and in both modes, exercise log or auto recognition, when the watch up load to phone I then lose all my exercise calories and it goes back to when I started the exercise, then after mid-night I seem to get credited with all the missing data.BAR heart rate, and zone minutes which are still missing.

I do on average I do between 500 and 1000 exercise minutes per day, and over the last three days I have got 6 active minutes.

I have owned fitbits for eight years now, had a charge 2, charge4 (and also my wife has one) and now a charge 5. 

I have done everything in other posts close to this on here and also reset twice. And nothing has changed.

At the moment I have the usage of a charge2 in a charge5 watch.

Not a happy camper. And to be honist am getting fed up with going around in circles doing the same thing and getting no-where

I’m sorry you didn’t get a reply to your message before!  I would usually have tried to help myself but had a couple of bad experiences with people being a bit unpleasant to me and it put me off trying to help for a bit.


Sometimes things get pushed down the page on the boards and missed.  That’s why I’m replying now to push this back up to the top, where hopefully it will get seen and replied to.

 

 I personally don’t have a solution for you but it sounds like an unusual problem.  I would suggest contacting Support for help and doing it by Chat as that seems to be quite effective for most people.

 

At the bottom of the page, tap Help, then Get Support (you have to scroll down to the bottom of the page to find it in a grey box), tap, then Live Chat.

 

Good luck!  I hope you can get a resolution.

Thank you very much Wibby, will give them ago.

I understand where your coming from, I am one of the worst unfortunaly I have PTSD from the Army, and get stress very easy, but never have a go at someone who trying to help. Personal feelings its who alot of people tend to be now-a-days, there seems a lack of respect across the board. 

On my side, again thank you for pointing me in the right direction, and hope you don't get to much hassle of the natives 😄
