Charge5 - No option to update

I have a Fitbit Charge 5 that is still running on version 57.200001.188.58. I haven't received any notifications to update it till date. Recently, whenever I get a notification on my Fitbit, it crashes and I have to reconnect the charger to restart it. I've been using Fitbit since the Charge 2 (which still works), and it was reliable. However, lately, I feel like Fitbit's quality has declined.

I think the rollout for firmware version 194 was halted. My Charge 5 is also still on version 188.58.
