Charge5 & App don’t agree on 250+ steps per hour count

My Charge5 says I’ve hit the 250+ steps per hour count every hour of the day so far. The App says I missed the first hour. Can’t figure out why they don’t agree, or how to fix it.

Hi @BDPlatt,

 

Unfortunately, this bug has been around for a while and Fitbit is well aware of the issue.  This also means that there's nothing that can be done (at least that I am aware of).
