The strap hinges on the Charge5 that I purchased in Nov 2021 have broken and the straps no longer attach to the fitbit. Any suggestions on how to fix?

Sad to hear about having this issue with your Charge 5. Your device most likely isn't covered by Fitbit's warranty, but nevertheless I'd give it a try contacting them to see what they can do for you:
