Charge5 not showing tile on phone for number of days exercised

Hello...

My fitbit Charge 5 suddenly stopped showing the number of days exercised on my android phone.  I have logout of the app, restarted my phone and logged back in and the information is not there.  Can someone help?

You can edit tiles on the Today page in your Fitbit app. Just tap on Edit in the upper right corner, then scroll down to find tile(s) you want to add to your Today page. Select any of these by tapping the plus sign on the right and finally tap on Done in the upper right corner.

You can also rearrange tiles to your liking when in edit mode.

I think you should try resetting your device and restart it again.

Until June 27th 2023 I showed 677 consecutive days then it disappeared. In the past when This happened before I’d either close the app or log out and the tile would reappear. When I spoke with a rep previously they were helpful too have it show again. There is no tile on the app to add back on the bottom of the edit. So hopefully there’ll be a fix

There are only 3 tiles on edit at the bottom of page, menstrual health, blood glucose and food!! Nothing for consecutive days
