Charge5 the battery easily drained in just 17mos since it was purchase.

I feel frustrated that recently the battery of my Charge5 easily drained in just less than a couple of hours since it was bought last Jan 2022 only.  Any replacement for this item?

Here are a couple of troubleshooting steps to try.

When my Charge 5 started rapidly losing power, I restarted and recharged my device multiple times over several days. This finally got my Charge 5 "unstuck" and the battery went back to lasting 6-7 days. 

A couple of users found that turning off Sp02 helped reduce battery drain. One of the users also un-installed ECG & EDA which further helped reduce battery drain. 

Lastly, this page has suggestions to improve battery life (tips are about half way down the page): Tips to extend Fitbit battery  You might want to check to see if something was inadvertently switched on that is now causing your battery to drain faster.

Hi, thanks for your reply and I took your advice, but it's been 2 weeks now my charge 5 won't get back 😞
